GreenWood Tree Farm Fund L.P. (GTFF) today completed the acquisition from Potlatch Co. (NYSE: PCH) of a 17,000 acre hybrid poplar tree farm near Boardman, OR for $65 million. GTFF is a private equity fund organized to acquire, develop and intensively manage fastgrowing tree farms in North America, and to manufacture and market Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified products from these tree farms. Governor Kulongoski Announces New Saw Mill in Boardman

Today Governor Ted Kulongoski announced that The Collins Companies will begin construction of a new $35 million saw mill to process lumber from a 17,000 acre sustainable tree farm in the Boardman area. The farm was recently acquired by the GreenWood Tree Farm Fund (GTFF) and will be managed by GreenWood Resources of Portland.
